Exchange and return of floral products
Since fresh flowers are delicate and perishable products, returns or exchanges after delivery are not available. After receipt, the bouquet may change in appearance depending on environmental conditions, and we cannot guarantee its condition after handover.

Order cancellation and refunds
A full refund is possible only if the order is canceled no later than 3 days before the delivery date.
If canceled less than 3 days before delivery, no refund is issued, as flowers are purchased and prepared individually for each order.
Pre-orders for holidays cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
After delivery has been completed, refunds are not provided, as flowers are perishable goods.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Delivery policy
Please provide an accurate address and recipient contact details. If the courier arrives and receives no response within 10–15 minutes, the flowers may be left in a safe place (by the door, with a concierge, etc.), and you will be notified.
After the order is handed over by the courier, KVITKOVA ZONA is not responsible for further storage.
A repeated delivery due to an incorrect address is charged 200 UAH.
Delivery outside standard working hours may require an additional fee.
Seasonality
In certain seasons, substitutions may occur due to flower availability. All substitutions are made with flowers of equal or higher value without compromising the bouquet’s aesthetics.
