⚠️ During holidays, all payments are made exclusively via bank details sent by our manager in Telegram or Viber after the order is placed. This is necessary to prevent flower shortages and to guarantee reservation of your order.

⚠️ Important: the only way to guarantee availability of your desired flowers is to place your order in advance without changing the delivery time and without flower substitutions. This ensures that the required flowers are secured for your order.

At Kvitkova Zona, we value your trust and strive to make the payment process simple and transparent. Below we explain in detail how payment works depending on the type of order.

🌸 Pre-order (one day or more in advance)

If you place your order in advance — one or several days before the delivery date — a 50% prepayment is required.

After placing your order on the website, our manager contacts you using the provided phone number. The manager confirms all details — bouquet composition, date, time, delivery address, and preferences — and sends a payment link or bank details for the prepayment.

Once the prepayment is received, we reserve the flowers, florist, and delivery time.

The remaining 50% is paid on the day of delivery, before dispatch — also via a cashless payment link.

This allows us to purchase fresh flowers specifically for your order and guarantee timely delivery of a perfectly arranged bouquet.

💐 Same-day orders

For same-day orders, 100% prepayment is required. Payment must be completed before bouquet preparation begins.

After order confirmation, the manager sends a payment link, and the florist starts preparing the bouquet only after payment is received.

This system allows us to quickly purchase fresh flowers, prepare the arrangement, and deliver it without delays.
