If you want your bouquet delivered today, please place your order before 19:00.
Delivery by 10:00 the next morning is also possible if the order is placed before 19:00 on the current day.

You may arrange delivery for any future date — tomorrow, the day after, or even several weeks in advance.

The delivery timeframe depends on flower availability and is agreed individually with the client.

Novobilichi, Bilichi, Akademmistechko — free
Right bank of Kyiv — 200 UAH
Left bank of Kyiv — 300 UAH

Delivery by phone number or Instagram nickname (without a specific address) — fixed price 300 UAH during working hours.
🔁 Courier route changes
If the address is incorrect, the courier will complete all scheduled deliveries and return to the correct address afterward.
In this case, an additional fee of 100–300 UAH applies.

🌷 Important delivery information
Design adjustments may occur.
We may make minor changes to the bouquet composition or shape (with your approval) to preserve the style and quality.
All orders placed between 19:00 and 08:00 are delivered starting from 10:00 in the morning.
📦 Nova Poshta shipping
We ship houseplants, preserved bouquets, dried flowers, and gifts to any branch or by courier to your address.

Freshness guaranteed.
We work only with fresh flowers. If the quality does not meet standards, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Possible delays.
Due to workload or traffic conditions, slight delivery delays may occur. We always inform clients in advance.
Communication with the recipient.
The courier may contact the recipient to confirm the delivery time without revealing the contents.
Maximum waiting time at the address — 20 minutes.
If the recipient is unavailable, the bouquet is returned to the studio. Redelivery is possible by arrangement.
Transfer to third parties.
With your consent, the order may be handed to a concierge, security, or neighbors.
If neither the client nor the recipient can be reached, the bouquet is returned to the studio.
