💬 How payment works
1. You place your order on the site.
2. Our manager contacts you in a messenger to confirm the details and flower availability.
3. After confirmation, you pay to our sole proprietor (FOP) account.

This way we make sure your bouquet is exactly what you chose.

We use fresh flowers and send you a photo of the bouquet before delivery, so you can make sure everything is right.

If you have any concerns about your bouquet, message us right after receiving it and we will look into it individually.

Fresh flowers are perishable goods, so exchange and return are not available.

If you have any concerns after receiving your bouquet, message us on Telegram or Instagram and we will review each case individually.

We'll help you choose a bouquet for your budget and occasion and confirm the order details.
